What to include
If something isn't working, these help us find the problem quickly:
- Your phone and its operating system version (for example, iPhone 14, iOS 18).
- The city you were walking.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Whether you were online or using a downloaded city offline.
Common questions
Audio isn't playing as I walk. Parlawalk needs location permission to know when you reach a place. Check that location is allowed in your device settings, and that your phone isn't in silent mode.
Can I use it without signal? Yes — download a city to your phone first, then the map and audio work with no connection.
Which cities are available? Girona, Spain, with more on the way.
I bought a city and it's locked again. Open the info menu in the app and tap Restore purchase. Your unlock lives on the store account you bought it with, so make sure the phone is signed in to that same Apple or Google account.
Can I get a refund? Apple and Google are the sellers, so refunds go through them — Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in your Play order history. If something we sold you is broken or not what we described, email us first and we'll sort it out with you.
